About our team
Mark Lythgoe
Mark is a qualified reflexologist and Reiki practitioner, with over 25 years’ experience. As an active relaxation coach, Mark works with clients on an individual basis, utilising a variety of techniques to help calm mind and body, along with strategies to cope with daily life.
Mark is also qualified as a Qigong (chi kung) instructor, with over 30 years’ experience. Mark is one of few people in the UK to be certificated as a Taichi Qigong Shibashi instructor by the originator, Professor Lin Housheng. Mark focusses in particular on personal 1-1 sessions, tailoring your sessions to your own needs.
Allison Lythgoe
Allison has many years’ experience in holistic therapies, massage, Tarot and Oracle Card readings, Chakra balancing and spiritual coaching, helping and supporting clients along their spiritual journey. She is also qualified as a Reiki master teacher. Allison has a deeply intuitive approach to her sessions, ensuring every client has a very personal experience.
Allison is a fully accredited Belief Coding® facilitator.
