What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energetic, spiritual healing, originating in Japan. It is used to help stimulate the body's own natural healing process.
By using gentle hand movements, the goal is to guide and channel the flow of energy in the body and, as well as being deeply healing, also helping to promote a sense of wellness and balance.
Whilst it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion, and is open to everyone. At Omcalma, we provide Reiki 'attunements', which allows you to develop your skills and understanding, to practice Reiki yourself and eventually teach others.

We offer two levels of attunement:
Reiki level 1
Reiki level 2
Beginner level
Level 1 is for those who are completely new to Reiki, or those who wish to refresh their skills. It is seen as the 'self-healing' part of your spiritual journey. When you are attuned to your level 1 teaching, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself, family members, and even pets!
Intermediate level
Level 2 is more advanced, and focuses on the 'inner teachings'. This is a practitioner-level course aimed at those who have completed level 1, and want to deepen their understanding and knowledge. It is also suitable for those who wish to teach Reiki to others. If you have completed your level 1 with another practitioner, please send us a copy of your certificate.
