Learn about Qigong
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong), also spelt Chi Kung, is a series of mindful exercises, postures and movements that has its roots in China and is very similar to Tai Chi. Dating back thousands of years, Qigong translates as 'energy work' and creates stillness both in mind and in body, helping you to feel calmer, more grounded and more aware of the here and now.
It promotes self-healing and physical, emotional and mental healing. It is a gentle activity which can easily be adapted and altered, making it suitable for all ages, body types and physical abilities.
